Employability Quotient:
Making a Case for Professional Agility

Presented by:

     Clancy Cross
     Partner
     Development Beyond Learning

One of the positives to emerge from this economy is the realization that investing in ourselves is no longer just an option, it's a responsibility. Who will respond to the challenge? Who will go beyond a reactive survivalist mindset and adopt an attitude focused on thriving?

Those with a long-term vision are asking questions like:

  • What makes this time unique?
  • What is at stake?
  • How do I prepare?
  • How can I reduce my employment risks?
  • How can I best position myself to take advantage of future opportunities?
