Lunch Meeting:

Engaging Employees Under 30:
Learning Perspectives, Perceptions and Prescriptions (non-pharmaceutical, yet thought provoking)
Presented by:
Fran Kick
Kick It In! - Instruction
and Design Concepts
How can we connect with and engage younger employees currently emerging into the workforce?
When you work with GenY do you ask yourself "Why do they do that?" Does managing the Millennial
Generation in today's workforce make you wonder "Where did these kids come from?" Have you
found yourself scratching your head thinking "How can they be wired this way?"
Then this program is for you! We'll explore how employees born from 1980-2000 are wired and
what it means as they enter the workplace. Discover how we can most effectively impact them
in terms of training and development and how first work experiences have influenced their
perception of on-the-job training. Ask your burning question (in a safe, non-explosive, Q&A
environment) to a panel of young employees and experts.
Who Will Benefit?
Anyone responsible for hiring or training members of the Millennial Generation. Bring
your questions for our panel.
Special Bonus!
Everyone who attends will get a free copy of Fran's book, "What Makes
Kids Kick!"

About the speaker
Fran Kick will facilitate our program and he knows What
Makes Kids KICK! Fran's been speaking
to them, working with them, counseling them, teaching them and reaching them since 1986. During
this time his unique perspective on what it takes to teach people to motivate themselves has
been shared with thousands of students, teachers, parents and organizations across the U.S.
and Canada.
Please make your reservation by the Tuesday before the meeting to help us better plan our event.
