Lunch Meeting:
Thursday, August 16th
Discovering Your Strengths
Presented by:
Matt Becker
CareSource Mgmt. Group
At work, do you have the opportunity to do what you do best everyday?
This simple question, posed by Marcus Buckingham and Donald Clifton over six years ago,
launched a “strengths revolution” that is still going strong today. How would you answer
this question? How would the majority of employees in your organization answer this
question? What would it do for your organization if the majority of employees answered “yes”?
Join us at our August lunch meeting as we discuss the importance of focusing strengths
for yourself and others as well as a process for identifying your strengths.
