Dinner Meeting:
Thursday, June 21st
At ASTD We Are
Grillin and Chillin!
Presented by:
Brenda Kraner
Center for Performance
Excellence
Wright State University
Come join us for our June 21st dinner meeting where our caterer will be breaking out
the grill. Menu includes burgers, sausages, and chicken as well as traditional picnic
fare. Dress in your favorite "island attire" and enjoy a casual evening of food, fun,
networking and Pickles. Pickles? We can't have a picnic without pickles.
Pickles are the "extra mile" we go for our customers. As trainers we teach customer service to both
our internal and external clients. But what do WE do for our customers?? Come ready
to identify your pickles and learn what your colleagues are giving away to go the
“extra mile.”
You will:
- Have a great evening of good food, fellowship and fun!
- Informal networking opportunities
- Gain customer service tips that we as trainers can use
- Re-discover how fun creating and giving Pickles can really be!
- Identify one really great program you can steal and use on your own!
