Dinner Meeting:
Thursday, March 15th
Circles of Ethics: Leadership & Integrity
Presented by:
Cris Wildermuth
Diversity Effectiveness Group
Program Content
Ask a group of professionals “who is ethical?” and all are likely to raise their hands.
Ethical behavior, however, does not depend only on ethical intentions. We are all vulnerable
to “millisecond” lapses in ethics, especially when the situation is urgent and the persons
involved are very close to us. This presentation introduces the program, connects personality,
diversity, and integrity, and suggests a six-step ethical decision-making process.
This presentation is based on considerable ethics research and may be also run as a
full-day workshop.
