Our chapter welcomes a limited number of sponsors to promote their products and services at our monthly meetings. Our membership base includes business managers, team leaders, trainers, consultants, educators and students.   Student Members  

We welcome students to join us for our monthly meetings and other activities. We offer significantly reduced fees for student memberships and program attendance. We also work closely and hold joint events with the ASTD chapter at Wright State University - the first ASTD student chapter in the nation!

Lunch Meeting: Thursday, February 15th The Changing Face of Today's Workplace Presented by:      Cindy Schisler, Wright State University and      Yolanda Stephens, Dayton Public Schools Program Content In this program we will discuss: The various factors of diversity The impact of intergenerational diversity Working with a diverse client base We will be taking several factors of diversity - intergenerational, cultural, and gender - and looking at the positive impacts and challenges they create in the workplace today. The program will be a combination of group work and presentation.
