Our chapter welcomes a limited number of sponsors to promote their products and services at our monthly meetings. Our membership base includes business managers, team leaders, trainers, consultants, educators and students.   Student Members  

We welcome students to join us for our monthly meetings and other activities. We offer significantly reduced fees for student memberships and program attendance. We also work closely and hold joint events with the ASTD chapter at Wright State University - the first ASTD student chapter in the nation!

Program Content

In this program we will discuss:

  • The various factors of diversity
  • The impact of intergenerational diversity
  • Working with a diverse client base

We will be taking several factors of diversity - intergenerational, cultural, and gender - and looking at the positive impacts and challenges they create in the workplace today. The program will be a combination of group work and presentation.

The Kettering Center is the next building on the corner of Sinclair and Monument. Enter the Kettering Center from Monument. (Tip: Go slowly past the building as the driveway comes up fast. If you go by the large biplane you have gone too far.)
