The Western Ohio Chapter of the ASTD provides an online member database to facilitate professional networking and relationship building.

1. Member-to-Member Networking: Using the online member database our members can locate other members based on a wide variety of search criteria, including name, company, location, and skill sets. (This link is reserved for members only.)

2. Finding Skilled Training & Development Professionals: If you are an employer or project manager looking for trainers, coaches, or learning consultants, we invite you to use our member database to find highly qualified, degreed and certified T&D professionals to staff your company or to assist with important projects. Click on the link to search our member database. You will be able to tap into our chapter's expertise in over 100 distinct skill and knowledge areas! These include things like: anger management, behavioral health and wellness, business etiquette, business simulations, coaching, conflict management, etc. - to mention just a few.

When you are looking at either one of these search pages, be sure to click on the link that reads "complete list of our members' skills." This will show you an alphabetic list of all the skills our members have put into the database - currently over 100!  By clicking on a skill you will get the contact info on the member or members who have that skill. Using this service you can truly tap into "what our chapter knows!"
